Winemaker Carmen Lopez Delgado is incredibly dedicated to biodynamic farming. Since 2005, she and her husband, Luis, have been growing and making outstanding Graciano and Tempranillo in the Castilla la Mancha region of Spain. Their commitment to biodynamic farming led to their Demeter certification in 2013. Music plays for the vines and the cellar as a transfer of subtle, positive energy. Nothing is added to the wines and they are never fined or filtered. The result is a gorgeous wine full of bursting fruit and bright spirit.
