Paul Hinschberger was introduced to the world of wine and fine dining in his hometown of Idaho Falls, ID where his brother and father opened their own restaurant. Bit by the wine bug, Paul worked at wineries in Washington, Oregon, California and New Zealand before landing in Paso Robles. There, he worked as the assistant winemaker at Denner and Head Winemaker at Rangeland. While at Rangeland, Paul decided to start his own label focused on fresh wines from spectacular vineyards. Paul’s wife, Marin, is the artist behind the Phinch labels.
